Tina Courpas

Tina has served as the Executive Director of the PCSW since 2018. Prior to that time, she worked for SAB Capital and Silver Point Capital, two hedge funds, where she was responsible for capital raising, and in the case of SAB, was the firm’s Head of Investor Relations. For 14 years, Tina worked in investment banking, raising institutional capital for private equity funds, most recently at Credit Suisse. Prior to that time, she practiced corporate and M&A law at Kirkland & Ellis in New York. She began her career as an analyst in Global Finance at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Tina has always been dedicated to issues related to women, girls and education. She was on the Board of Trustees and the Treasurer of St. Paul’s School for Girls in Baltimore, MD. She is on the Steering Committee for the Princeton Women’s Leadership Initiative, a group designed to engage Princeton’s female alumnae in the fundraising efforts of the University. She has been active on the Advisory Council of the Woodrow Wilson School of Princeton and the Princeton Alumni Schools Committee, and founded the Princeton Women’s Network of Fairfield County.

Tina holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
