Sheryl Battles

Sheryl Y. Battles is currently Vice President, Global Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement for Pitney Bowes Inc.

Sheryl also leads Pitney Bowes financial communications, corporate thought leadership, and crisis communications. Pitney Bowes has recognized her exceptional contributions with several awards, including the company’s highest employee honor – the Walter H. Wheeler, Jr. Award. She is a three-time winner of the Pitney Bowes One Standard Excellence Award for outstanding team accomplishments.

Sheryl also serves on the board of The Stamford Center for the Arts as well as the Board of Trustees of Greenwich Hospital.

Sheryl Battles is deeply committed and passionate about driving initiatives that effect women and girls. As a mother of two daughters, issues of gender equality, pay equity and women rights are issues that strongly resonate with all of her volunteer efforts. 

Sheryl Battles is a National Achievement Scholar that graduated from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA with a degree in Human Biology.
