Connecticut Legal Rights Project, Inc. provides free legal assistance and advocacy for low-income adults who have, or are perceived to have, psychiatric disabilities primarily related to treatment services, discharge planning and informed consent to medication. It assists clients in protecting their civil rights in conservatorship and commitments proceedings.
